Gourmé e Bottega insieme per un perfect match

Gourme-Bottega-marcopolonewsBottega S.p.A. e Chef Express, marchio del gruppo Cremonini, lanciano a Malpensa lo spazio Gourmé & Bottega, per offrire una ristorazione che combina qualità e rapidità di consumo, in abbinamento con una selezione di vini, grappe e liquori.

L’evento di presentazione è in programma il prossimo 8 giugno, alle ore 11:00, nell’area arrivi del Terminal 1 dell’aeroporto Malpensa.

In quest’occasione Chef Express presenta tre spazi diversi: Juice Bar, Mokà e Gourmé & Bottega. Le tre proposte sono collegate dal piacere di appagare il palato in contesti differenti e in diversi momenti della giornata.

La collaborazione tra Chef Express e Bottega unisce l’esperienza di un gruppo leader nel servizio di specialità gastronomiche italiane con la tradizione enologica di un’azienda, che ha sviluppato la ricerca del miglior abbinamento tra cibo e vino, concretizzandola nel concept Bottega Prosecco Bar.

Il programma prevede alle ore 11:00 una conferenza stampa, nel corso della quale Luigi Battuello, Direttore Commerciale Non Aviation del Gruppo Sea, Christian Biasoni, Ceo di Chef Express e Sandro Bottega, Presidente di Bottega S.p.A., presenteranno il progetto complessivo.

A seguire il barman Bruno Vanzan, campione mondiale di flair bartending, sarà protagonista nel Juice Bar di un’esibizione di flair e della preparazione di cocktail a tema.

Quindi nello spazio Gourmé & Bottega lo chef Omar La Pecia Bis e il sommelier Flavio Buratto, che hanno sviluppato il progetto Prosecco Bar, illustreranno il menù e l’abbinamento tra i cibi e i vini Bottega con relativa degustazione.
