The Middle East’s biggest annual fitness and wellness exhibition, which includes Dubai Muscle Show, Dubai Active and Dubai Active Industry, returns to Dubai this month to unite all areas of the fitness industry with an action-packed, three-day exhibition that will run from Friday 28th to Sunday 30th October 2022.
The exhibition will return with its most epic line-up of talent and events to date that includes some of the biggest names in global fitness such as the 2020 and 2021 reigning and defending Mr Olympia bodybuilding champion, Big Ramy, eight-time Mr Olympia and one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, Ronnie Coleman and Middle Eastern favourite, Hadi Choopan. This year, Dubai Active will host an exclusive meet and greet with the world’s fastest growing online PT, two time bestselling author and motivational speaker, James Smith, as well as a jam-packed schedule of workout classes and the biggest number of exhibitors than ever before.
In collaboration with Dubai Sports Council, Dubai Muscle Show, Dubai Active and Dubai Active Industry will take over Dubai World Trade Centre for the fifth time to showcase more than 300 exhibitors of world-leading sports nutrition, fitness, wellness and bodybuilding brands from 30 countries.
An unmissable event in the Dubai calendar, visitors are invited to join 600 inspirational athletes and health and fitness influencers from around the globe for the entire weekend and ticket holders will get to attend motivational and educational talks, as well as take part in meet and greets with some of the fitness industry’s biggest names. There will also be the chance to watch some of the most exciting competitions such as Team Nogueira Future Champions with Boxing and Muay Thai, the Middle East’s biggest bodybuilding competition, the Dubai Muscle Classic, international arm wrestling competition, King of the Table and global functional fitness competition, Turf Games.
The fun doesn’t stop there! Over the jam-packed three days, visitors will be able to take part in a back-to-back schedule of exciting group fitness classes, witness unmissable business seminars from leading exhibitors and have the chance to get their hands on thousands of free sample giveaways and special discounts.

Dubai Muscle Show
The Middle East’s leading international fitness and bodybuilding show will return for 2022 with a stellar lineup of headliners that include reigning and defending Mr Olympia bodybuilding champion, Big Ramy, eight-time Mr Olympia and one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, Ronnie Coleman and one of the greatest bodybuilders in the modern era of the sport and Stranger Things actor, Kai Greene. Attendees will also be able to meet and greet with Iranian professional bodybuilder, Hadi Choopan and one of the leading bodybuilding professionals, Roelly Winklaar. This year’s show will also welcome back six-time Mr Olympia, Dorian Yates and for the first time ever, will host Mr Olympia 2008, Dexter Jackson.
Every year, Dubai Muscle Show brings together like-minded lifters from around the world and this year will be no exception. Attendees will get the chance to discover and sample the latest supplements, apparel and equipment from more than 300 leading brands, as well as attend speaker sessions and exclusive meet-and-greets with the headliners.
Visitors will also be able to explore the exhibition area over the three days which will be packed full of everything to do with the exciting bodybuilding and fitness industry. This year, the competition element of the show has levelled up and will not only host the region’s largest bodybuilding competition, Dubai Muscle Classic, but it will also host the Team Nogueira Future Champions combat sports competition and the King of the Table arm wrestling.

Presented by Dubai’s first women’s only gym, FitnGlam, this year’s Dubai Active will give visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the amazing world of health, fitness, nutrition and wellness for an entire weekend.
Brand new for 2022, Dubai Active will host a meet and greet with two time Sunday Times bestselling author and personal trainer, James Smith, in a rare appearance in the Middle East, as well as celebrity fitness trainers Ruba Ali and Lisa Lanceford. Dubai Active will also host the Turf Games global functional fitness competition which will bring together over 200 athletes to battle it out for the winning title.
Renowned for bringing together the biggest celebrity trainers, studio classes, fitness brands and expert speakers in the industry, this year’s Dubai Active will be full of opportunities for attendees to level up their fitness knowledge, build self-confidence, learn more about their health and nutrition, and take part in meaningful discussions around topics such as feminism in the Middle East, diversity and inclusion in the wellness industry, mental health, wellbeing and more. Visitors will also have the chance to take part in unlimited free workout classes, interactive workshops and inspirational talks led by expert speakers on the Wellness Talks stage. Dubai Active Industry
The Middle East’s only international fitness, wellness and sports tradeshow has doubled in size for 2022 and is set to host over 200 of the world’s leading fitness and wellness B2B brands that specialise in technology, education and equipment.
A facilitator for business development, networking, education and training opportunities across the fitness and wellness ecosystem, Dubai Active Industry gives attendees exclusive access to insider knowledge through its networking functions, summits and talks that include the Middle East Fitness Business Summit, Startup Talks, The Future Wellness Summit, The Exercise Professionals Summit, and for the very first time, the Women in Fitness Roundtable.
